Change Logs for Business Entities

Access and filter change logs for business entities, allowing users to track modifications and updates.

Note

Business Entity change logs will track the user who interacted with the following changes:

  • General detail updates

  • Custom property updates

  • Document associations

  • Asset associations

  • Connection associations

  • Circuit associations

  • Access Control updates

  1. Navigate to the Details of an existing Business Entity.

  2. Click “Change Log” tab for the Business Entity.

  1. Click the “Search Change Log” field.

  2. Enter a search value to filter the Change Log results.

  1. Click “Refresh” at any time to refresh the results.

  1. Click “Export” to download an Excel spreadsheet containing the Change Log entries.
